Return Policy

Lignum Bike Co. offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if within 30 days of receipt you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) you may return or exchange any unused merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange.  Returned goods must be shipped at customer’s expense and in brand new, unused, and original condition to receive credit.  Returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking & processing fee.  Outside of 30 days of delivery, all products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. If a returned item is received to Lignum Bike Co. damaged due to negligent packaging or re-packaging by the customer, no refund will be given and the product(s) will not be re-sent.

 

Warranty

Lignum Bike Co. offers a 1 year warranty from date of purchase for all furniture items.  This warranty guarantees workmanship and quality of the item alone and does not extend to damage or misuse of the item caused by the user.  As these products are perishable items this warranty does not extend to normal wear of using the item regularly over time. We fully expect that you will have a very long and satisfying experience with our products.  We believe in them and we trust you will too.

You are responsible for shipping the item(s) prepaid only after contacting Lignum at customerservice@lignumbike.com and receiving a return authorization number.  The rest is up to us to repair and ship it back to you at our cost, or replace the product for you.  If a returned item is received to Lignum Bike Co. damaged due to negligent packaging or re-packaging by the customer, no refund will be given and the product(s) will not be re-sent.

If you receive your order and there is damage, please send photos of the damaged item, the damaged packaging, and the damaged item next to the shipping label to customerservice@lignumbike.com.

Also, any orders canceled prior to being shipped may be subject to a 10% order cancellation fee.
